The customer provides the workpiece drawing. Baoje draws the 3D workpiece file according to the drawing to facilitate the design of the broaching, slotting tool and the special toolholder. According to customer CNC machine and workpiece machining path, the special tool holder and broaching, slotting tool are designed. In addition to verifying and avoid whether the toolholder has interference during machining process, can also simulate the machining path, then send the broaching, slotting tool and toolholder drawings for customer confirmation; successfully complete the development.
