Commercial Exhibition Center. Cincom Miyano Taiwan’s southern distributor, JuzFong exhibited CITIZEN and MIYANO’s newest multi-tasking turning CNC machine. They also exhibited some one-arm automated robots, providing customers more acquisitions options.

During that exhibition, Cincom Miyano Taiwan presented its newest L20 LFV (Low Frequency Vibration) CNC machine. They also introduced the newest machining technique: low frequency vibration (LFV) which helps into solving the stringy swarf problem. In 2016, the L20 LFV technique was among the top 10 new concepts/products in one of Japan’s News Agency. This new technique was first introduced in March in Taipei Machine Tool Show. In order to meet the southern market requirements and to allow the machining industry in the South to experience the new CITIZEN CNC machine’s high efficiency, high precision and high cutting ability, the new technique was also brought to the South of Taiwan, satisfying those who were unable to experience it in the North. At the same time, the Miyano BNA-42S was displayed with the one arm automated robot in order to get everyone’s attention.

At this exhibition, there were demos of the use of Baoje micro boring tools with the CINCOM and MIYANO’s CNC machines. All the Baoje tools introduced during the exhibition were the results of thorough discussions with JuzFong Company, leading to the development of tools design and cutting routes and thus, leading to higher work efficiency and machining capacity and providing a new automatic machining model.
