TiN (Titanium nitride – sometimes known as tinite) Coating is an extremely hard ceramic material, often used as a coating on titanium alloys, steel, carbide, and aluminium components to improve the substrate’s surface properties^(ref1).

Characteristics^(ref2):

1. Normally used in stable hard the coating.

2. Applicable to shaping cutting tools、punches、pressing、cutting tools.
3. For decoration.
4. The coating could be deposited in low temperature< 250°C
5. Tap、HSS、SKD、Punches
